Background
Resolution No. 338-08 authorized the City Manager to accept funds for the

construction of this streetscapes project along Wynnton Road, from Peacock

Avenue to Hilton Avenue. Since that time construction has begun and is

expected to be completed by fall of this year. The original contract with GDOT

establishes a completion date of no later than December 31, 2018. In order to

insure that the contractural obligations are met under this agreement, GDOT has

requested that a supplement agreement be signed, extending the completion date

to December 31, 2019.
Analysis
Authorizing the City Manager to enter into this agreement will protect the

funding for this project in the event the construction work should go beyond

the original date of December 31, 2018.
Financial Considerations
The agreement will maintain the level of funding now established for this

project.
Projected Annual Fiscal Impact Statement
There will not be any additional fiscal impact under this agreement.
Legal Considerations
The City Attorney has approved this agreement.
