Background
-
During an audit of the Subdivision files for GASB a discrepancy was discovered
on one of the street names in Lakeshore Pointe Subdivision. On December 7, 1993
Resolution # 505-93 was approved and a deed was accepted for Lakeshore Pointe
Subdivision. The Deed and Resolution had the name of Lakeshore Court for the
cul-de-sac. The recorded plat had the name of the cul-de-sac as Lakepointe
Court.
-
Analysis
-
Addresses have been assigned to the property owners as Lakepointe Court as
shown on the recorded Plat. To keep from having to change the property owners
addresses, which they have had for over fourteen years, a corrective deed has
been obtained and request made to amend the resolution.

Financial Considerations
-
There will be no financial impact to the City.
