Background
Wynnton Road, between Brown Avenue and 13th Street, is scheduled for

streetscapes improvements later this year. Part of the improvements will be

the addition of new lighting along this section of the corridor.
Analysis
Upon the installation of this new lighting, it will be the responsibility of

the City to provide the necessary energy, operation and maintenance for this

system. This agreement establishes an understanding between the City and GDOT

for this purpose.
Financial Considerations
Upon the completion and acceptance of the lighting, it will become the

financial responsibility of the city to provide the energy, the operation, and

the maintenance of this system.
Projected Annual Fiscal Impact Statement
The city will be responsible for all maintenance and operation associated with

this project.
Legal Considerations
The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the agreement form.
