Background

The Medical Center Authority has an 800 MHz radio license Call Sign WPDQ379
with the FCC. As required by the FCC, the Medical Center executed a Frequency
Reconfiguration Agreement on January 23, 2006. The FCC has required that the
Agreement be amended and executed by the City since the FCC license is listed
as "City of Columbus Medical Center."

The amended Frequency Reconfiguration Agreement simply changes the government
entity name from "City of Columbus Medical Center" to "Columbus, Georgia a
consolidated city/county government".
