follows: All of that certain tract or parcel of land known and designated as

Green Meadows Court as said street is shown upon a map or plat of survey

entitled "Section Fifteen, Sable Oaks of Midland, Part of Land Lot 6, 18th

District, Columbus, Muscogee, County, Georgia" as prepared by Hobbs Smith &

Assoc., Inc., dated May 22, 2017, and recorded in Plat Book 165, Folio 163, in

the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, to which

reference is made for exact location of said street.
