LMIG is the Georgia Department of Transportation program that replaced the

project. Utilities are currently being relocated in anticipation of the

project. Road construction is expected to start within the first quarter of

the year.
Financial Considerations
The LMIG Agreement will provide approximately $1.5 million to the City for

funding improvements. The LMIG funding will supplement approximately

$3,503,324.20 in the 2010B Bonds Forrest Road Phase 1: Woodruff/Floyd to

Schatulga for a total estimate of $5.2 million.
Projected Annual Fiscal Impact Statement
Normal maintenance of the roadway is already a City responsibility.
