Background

On August 1, 2006 Resolution #306-06 had the street name incorrectly listed.

Analysis

A deed to streets and plat was submitted to the City for acceptance with the

name of the street being Tom-Buk-Tu Lane. When the resolution was submitted and

accepted it listed the street name as Tom-Buck-Tu Lane.

Financial Considerations

There will be no financial impact to the City.

Amendments to Resolutions must be approved by Council.

Approve the amendment to Resolution # 306-06 correcting the street name from

Tom-Buck-Tu to Tom-Buk-Tu located in Section Three, Buckfield as listed on deed

to streets and plat recorded in plat book 157 pg 95.

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AMENDMENT OF RESOLUTION #306-06 WHERE STREET

TOM-BUK-TU LANE WAS INCORRECTLY LISTED AS TOM-BUCK-TU LANE LOCATED IN SECTION

THREE, BUCKFIELD.

WHEREAS, deed to streets and plat list street as Tom-Buk-Tu Lane; and,

WHEREAS, Resolution #306-06 incorrectly listed Tom-Buk-Tu Lane as Tom-Buck-Tu

Lane.



NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY

RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That the Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to amend Resolution #

306-06 to read Tom-Buk-Tu Lane as listed on Deed to Streets and Plat recorded

on July 5, 2006 in Plat Book 157 page 95.
