: Through the South Commons Renovation Project, the Sports Council will be

paying for all lighting on fields 6-8 to Musco Finance.

Analysis

As owner of the property known as South Commons, the City Manager must sign the

Mortgages/Landlord Agreement in order for the lighting to be installed on the

property.

Financial Considerations

: There are no financial considerations as the Columbus Sports Council will

pay for the installation of all lighting

Council must approve for the City Manager to sign the agreement.

Recommendations/ Actions

Approve the resolution authorizing the City Manager to sign the agreement for

the Sports Council to pay for the installation of lighting at South Commons
