Brunjes Lane and Blois Court located in Billings Walk has eighteen residential

lots. The streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for

acceptance by the City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Brunjes Lane and Blois Court

located in Billings Walk. A description is as follows: All those tracts and

parcels of land situate, lying and being in Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia,

and comprising of all of Brunjes Lane and Blois Court in that certain

subdivision known as Billings Walk, as said streets are shown upon a map or

plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book 156, folio 103 in the office of

the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, and to which map

or plat reference is hereby made for a more particular description of the

street hereby conveyed.
Financial Considerations
No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty expires.

Legal Considerations
In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by Council.
Recommendations/ Actions
Approve the Resolution accepting a deed to Brunjes Lane and Blois Court located

in Billings Walk.
