A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Nicole Court located in Billings

Crossing II. A description of the property is as follows: All those tracts and

parcels of land situate, lying and being in Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia,

and comprising of all of Nicole Court in that certain subdivision known as

Billings Crossing II, as said street is shown upon a map or plat of said

subdivision entitled Billings Crossing II, dated January 14, 2014, made by

Hobbs Smith & Assoc., Inc.

No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty.
