Background

Pine Seed Court and that portion of Pine Seed Drive located in Section

Fourteen, Garrett Pines has (22) Twenty-two residential lots. The streets have

been improved and meet the required specifications for acceptance by the City.

Analysis

A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Pine Seed Court and that portion

of Pine Seed Drive located in Section Fourteen, Garrett Pines. A description of

property is as follows: Those certain tracts or parcels of land designated as

that certain extension of Pine Seed Drive and all of Pine Seed Court as shown

on that certain map or plat of survey entitled "Section Fourteen, Garrett

Pines, Part of Land Lot 159, 9th District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia"

as prepared by Hobbs Smith & Assoc., Inc., dated January 15, 2018, and recorded

in Plat Book 165, Folio 237, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Mu
