(5) residential lots. The street has been improved and meets the specifications

for acceptance by the City.

A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying that portion of Fashionata Drive

located in Section Three, Old Town. A description of property is as follows:

All of those tracts or parcels of land situate, lying and being in the State of

Georgia, County of Muscogee and City of Columbus, in land Lot 270, 19th

District, Muscogee County, Georgia identified as "Fashionata Drive" on the Plat

titled "Old Town Section Three Property Located in Land Lot 270 19th District

Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia dated November 17, 2016" by Harris Gray,

LLC, West Point, Georgia, recorded in Plat Book 165, Page 85, Muscogee County,

Georgia Records.
