Background
Thrush Drive, Nuthatch Court and that portion of Wren Creek Drive located in

Section Two, Wrenwood has Thirty-four (34) residential lots. The streets have

been improved and meets the specifications for acceptance by the City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Thrush Drive, Nuthatch Court and

that portion of Wren Creek Drive located in Section Two, Wrenwood. A

description of property is as follows: All of those tracts or parcels of land

designated as all of Nuthatch Court, all of Thrush Drive and the extension of

Wren Creek Drive which are shown upon a map or plat of survey entitled "Section

Two, Wrenwood Subdivision, Part of Land Lot 63, 9th District, Columbus,

Muscogee County, Georgia" as prepared by Hobbs Smith & Assoc., Inc., dated

December 22, 2015, and recorded in Plat Book 165, Folio 23, in the Office of

the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, to which reference is

made for the exact location of said streets conveyed hereby.

warranty.

Legal Considerations
In Accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated right of
