streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for acceptance

by the City.

Section Two identified as Capot Court, Capot Drive, and Admiral Drive on the

plat titled "Section Two Midland Downs" Part of Land Lots 131 & 158, 9th

District, Muscogee County, Georgia dated 4 August 2017, prepared by Moon,

Meeks, Mason & Vinson, Inc., recorded in Plat Book 165, Page 172, Muscogee

County, Georgia Records.
