That portion of Double Pine Court located in Section Thirteen, Garret Pines has

(10) ten residential lots. The street has been improved and meets the required

specifications for acceptance by the City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying that portion of Double Pine

Court located in Section Thirteen, Garrett Pines. A description of property is

as follows: That certain tract or parcel of land designated as Double Pine

Court, as shown on that certain map or plat of survey entitled "Final Plat,

Section Thirteen, Garrett Pines, Part of Land Lot 159, 9th District, Columbus,

Muscogee County, Georgia" as prepared by Hobbs Smith & Assoc., Inc., dated

August 21, 2017, and recorded in Plat Book 165, Folio 177, in the Office of the

Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.
