That portion of Double Pine Drive located in First Addition to Section Eleven,

Garrett Pines has Twenty-one (21) residential lots. The street has been

improved and meets the specifications for acceptance by the City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying that portion of Double Pine

Drive located in First Addition to Section Eleven, Garrett Pines. A

description is as follows: That certain tract or parcel of land designated as:

Double Pine Drive, as shown upon a map or plat of survey entitled "First

Addition to Section Eleven, Garrett Pines, Part of Land Lot 130 & 159, 9th

District, Columbus, Georgia" as prepared by Hobbs Smith & Assoc., Inc., dated

January 3, 2016, and recorded in Plat Book 164, Folio 339, in the Office of the

Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.
