That portion of Tom-Buck-Tu Lane located in Section Three, Buckfield has Eleven

(11) residential lots. The street has been improved and meets the required

specifications for acceptance by the City.

Analysis

A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying That portion of Tom-Buck-Tu Lane

located in Section Three, Buckfield. A description of the property is as

follows: All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Muscogee

County, Georgia designated as "Tom-Buk-Tu Lane", as shown upon a map or plat

entitled "Final Plat, Section 3, Blocks "B & D", Buckfield, Lying in Land Lot

62, 8th District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia", prepared by Becker

Survey Company, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor Number 2579, dated June 22,

2006, and recorded in Plat Book 157, Page 95, of the records in the Office of

the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, to which reference is

made for a more complete and accurate description of the street herein

conveyed.

Financial Considerations

No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty.

In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by Council.
