Background
The Cul-de-sac at the Northern end of Bankers Boulevard has one Commercial Lot

which has the newly built TIC Credit Union. The street has been improved and

meets the required specifications for acceptance by the City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City Conveying the Cul-de-sac at the Northern

end of Bankers Boulevard. A description of the property is as follows: All

that tract and parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 34 of the

8th District of Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, being all of what is shown

as a cul-de-sac at the Northern end of Bankers Boulevard on a map or plat

entitled "Parcel 'A', re-plat of part of tract 100", dated October 8, 2006,

prepared by Thomas L. French, Jr. and recorded in Plat Book 158 at Page 88 in

the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.
Financial Considerations
No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty.

Legal Considerations
In accordance with section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by Council.
Recommendations/ Actions
Approve the Resolution accepting a deed to the Cul-de-sac at the Northern end

of Bankers Boulevard.
