improved and meet the required specifications for acceptance by the City.

Court and Stoney Point Road located in Section Seven, Bunker Ridge. A
description of the property is as follows: All of Bunker Hill Court and Stoney
Point Road, shown on the map or plat entitled "Part of Land Lot 4, 7th
District, Bunker Ridge Section Seven, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia" dated
July 24, 2007 made by Becker Survey Company, and recorded in Plat Book 160,
page 95, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County,
Georgia.
Financial Considerations
No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year
warranty.

right-of-way must be accepted by Council.

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO THAT PORTION OF BUNKER
HILL COURT AND STONEY POINT ROAD LOCATED IN SECTION SEVEN, BUNKER RIDGE,
WHEREAS, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying That portion of
Bunker Hill Court and Stoney Point Road located in Section Seven, Bunker Ridge,
a full description of property on said deed; and,
WHEREAS, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications
for acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said streets and recommends
acceptance of same.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That certain deed dated August 21, 2007, conveying to Columbus,
Georgia, That portion of Bunker Hill Court and Stoney Point Road located in
Section Seven, Bunker Ridge be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of
Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the Deed Records in
the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy
of deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a part of this
resolution.
