Background
The US27/Custer Road Interchange Reconstruction/Modification is a

Transportation Investment Act (TIA) project that was approved by voters in

July, 2012. The project will provide direct access to property located at the

intersection of US 27 (Victory Drive) and I-185 for the purposes of developing

a business park.
Analysis
Approval will allow the city to move forward with necessary engineering

services needed for this project.
Financial Considerations
The contract amount for these services is $770,312, and will be totally funded

by the $20,000,000 TIA budget established for this project.
Projected Annual Fiscal Impact Statement
There will not be any annual fiscal impact to the city for this action.

Legal Considerations
The City Attorney has approved this action.
