Campari Street, Punkin Street, that portion of Frank Houser Avenue, that

portion of Dreamboat Drive and that portion of Massee Lane located in Section

Two, Old Town, a mixed use Community has fifteen (15) residential lots, and

three (3) mixed use lots. The streets have been improved and meet the

specifications for acceptance by the City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Campari Street, Punkin Street,

that portion of Frank Houser Avenue, that portion of Dreamboat Drive and that

portion of Massee Lane located in Section Two, Old Town, a mixed use Community.

situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Muscogee and City

of Columbus, in Land Lots 269 and 270, 19th Districts, Muscogee County, Georgia

Drive; Massee Lane on Plat titled "Old Town Section Two," Property Located in

Part of Land Lots 269 and 270, 19th District Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia

dated September 30, 2015" by Harris Gray, LLC, West Point, Georgia, recorded in

Plat Book ______, Page ______, Muscogee County, Georgia Records.
