Background

Masterbuilt Manufacturing Inc. has recently acquired the Georgia Crown building

located at 7 Crown Circle and has requested the name be changed to Masterbuilt

Court. Masterbuilt Manufacturing Inc., owns 3 of the 4 properties located on

Crown Circle. The City has received a letter from Lion Properties, LLC (owners

of the 4th property) and they have no objections to the name change.

Analysis

This address change will only effect the properties owned by Masterbuilt

Manufacturing Inc., Lion Properties, LLC has a Milgen Court address.

Financial Considerations

Funds from the Traffic Engineering's Budget will be used to install new street

name signs to reflect the name change.

Council must pass an ordinance approving the name change.
