That portion of Townes Way located in Section Three, The Townes at Sonoma
Pointe has Sixteen (16) residential lots. The street has been improved and
meets the specifications for acceptance by the City.

Analysis

A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying that portion of Townes Way
located in Section Three, The Townes at Sonoma Pointe. A description of
property is as follows: That certain tract or parcel of land designated as, and
which is the extension of, Townes Way, which commences at a point lying north
of the iron pin located at the northeast corner of Lot 27, Section Three, The
Townes at Sonoma Pointe, lying in Land Lot 31, 9th District, Columbus, Muscogee
County, Georgia and running thence in a southwesterly direction to the end of
said Townes Way, as shown on that certain map or plat of survey entitled
"Section Three, The Townes at Sonoma Pointe, Part of Land Lot 31, 9th District,
Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia's prepared by Hobbs Smith & Assoc., Inc.,
dated January 15, 2015, and recorded in Plat Book 164, Page 206, in the Office
of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County.
