Approve the attached ordinance that establish a ?No parking Anytime? zone along \n \n the West curb of Phillips Street beginning at the south curb of Levy Road and \n \n running a distance 945 feet south.

Background

The citizens that own businesses along Phillips Street requested that parking

restriction be implemented along the west curb because the trailers parked on

the street are restricting access to their driveways and limits two-way

traffic.

Analysis

Limiting the parking along this segment of Phillips Street will improve access

to the properties along Phillips Street.

Financial Considerations

The cost to install the signs will come out of Traffic Engineering operating

budget.
