Background
Oak Crossing Drive, that portion of Sable Oaks Drive and that portion of Sable

Court located in Section Six, Sable Oaks of Midland will have twenty-nine (29)

residential lots. The streets have been improved and have met the

specifications for acceptance by the City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Oak Crossing Drive, that portion

of Sable Oaks Drive and that portion of Sable Court located in Section Six,

Sable Oaks of Midland. A description of the property is as follows: Those

certain tracts or parcels of land designated as the extension of Sable Oaks

Drive, Oak Crossing Drive, and the extension of Sable Court, as shown upon a

map or plat entitled "Section Six, Sable Oaks of Midland, Part of Land Lot 6, &

27, 18th District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia" as prepared by Hobbs

Smith & Assoc., Inc., dated October 12, 2012, recorded in Plat Book 163, Folios

263 & 264, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County,

Georgia.
