That portion of Pine Ridge Drive located in Section Seven, Turtle Creek has

Nine (9) residential lots. The street has been improved and meets the

specifications for acceptance by the City.

A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying that portion of Pine Ridge Drive

located in Section Seven, Turtle Creek. A description is as follows: All those

tracts and parcels of land situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia,

County of Muscogee and City of Columbus, in Lands Lots 1 and 2, 9th District,

Muscogee County, Georgia identified as "Pine Ridge Drive" on the Plat titled

"Section Seven Turtle Creek lying in Land Lots 1 & 2, 9th District, Columbus,

Muscogee County, Georgia dated December 2, 2015" by Moon, Meeks Mason & Vinson,

Inc. recorded in Plat Book 164, Page 335, Muscogee County, Georgia Records.
