Subdivision has ten (10) residential lots. The street has been improved and

meets the required specifications for acceptance by the City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying that portion of Highlands Drive

located in Highland Phase Nine Garrett Creek Subdivision. A description of the

property is as follows: That certain tract or parcel of land designated as,

and which is an extension of Highlands Drive as shown on that certain map or

plat of survey entitled "Highland Phase Nine, Garrett Creek Subdivision, Lying

in Land Lot 160, 9th District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia" as prepared

by Hobbs Smith & Assoc., Inc. last dated March 18, 2017, and recorded in Plat

Book 165, Page 143, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of

Muscogee County, Georgia.
