Background
Atlantic Ivy Court and that portion of North Ivy Park Drive located in Section

Three, Phase One, North Ivy Park has Twenty-two (22) residential lots. The

streets have been improved and meets the specifications for acceptance by the

City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Atlantic Ivy Court and that

portion of North Ivy Park Drive located in Section Three, Phase One, North Ivy

Park. A description of property is as follows: Those certain tracts or parcels

of land designated as North Ivy Park Drive and all of Atlantic Ivy Court all

shown upon a map or plat of survey entitled "Section Three, Phase One, North

Ivy Park, Part of Land Lot 232, 19th District, Columbus, Muscogee County,

Georgia" as prepared by Hobbs Smith & Assoc., Inc., dated January 15, 2015, and

recorded in Plat Book 164, Folio 215, in the Office of the Clerk of the

Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, to which reference is made for the

exact location of said deed streets conveyed hereby.

warranty.
