That portion of Dreamboat Drive and that portion of Confetti Blush Drive

located in Old Town Right-of-way survey part of Dreamboat Drive and Confetti

Blush Drive. Old Town is a Planned Unit Development (PUD). The streets have

been improved and meet the required specifications for acceptance by the City.

Analysis

A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying that portion of Dreamboat Drive

and that portion of Confetti Blush Drive located in Old Town Right-of-way

survey part of Dreamboat Drive and Confetti Blush Drive. A description of

property is as follows: All those tracts and parcels of land situate, lying

and being in the State of Georgia, County of Muscogee and City of Columbus, in

Land Lot 270, 19th District, Muscogee County, Georgia identified as "Confetti

Blush Drive" and Dreamboat Drive on the Plat titled "Right Of Way Survey Part

of Dreamboat Drive and Confetti Blush Drive Old Town Lying in Land Lot 270 19th

District Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia dated June 6, 2017" by Moon,

Meeks, Mason, & Vinson, Inc., recorded in Plat Book 165, Page 156, Muscogee

County, Georgia Records.
