A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Graham Way located in Anglin

Park. A description of property is as follows: All that tract and parcel of

land situate, lying and being in Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, and

comprising of all of Graham Way in that certain subdivision known as Anglin

Park, as said street is shown upon a map or plat of said subdivision recorded

in Plat Book 165, folio 48 in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of

Muscogee County, Georgia, as shown upon a plat entitled Final Plat Anglin Park,

Part of Land Lot 28, 8th District, by Hobbs Smith & Assoc., Inc.
