Background

Col Dick McKee Drive and Poydasheff Court located in Forrest Creek have

twenty-six residential lots. The streets have been improved and meet the

required specifications for acceptance by the City.

Analysis

A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Col Dick McKee Drive and

Poydasheff Court located in Forrest Creek. A description of the property is as

follows: All that tract and parcel of land situate, lying and being in

Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, and comprising of Poydasheff Court and Col

Dick McKee Drive from the existing right of way in that certain subdivision

known as Forrest Creek, as said street is shown upon a map of plat of said

subdivision recorded in Plat Book 157, page 21 in the Office of the Clerk of

Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, and to which map or plat reference

is hereby made for a more particular description of the streets hereby

conveyed.

Financial Considerations

No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty.

In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by Council.
