Planned Unit Development (PUD). The street has been improved and meets the

required specifications for acceptance by the City.

A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying that portion of Massee Lane

located in Old Town Development Phase One. A description of property is as

follows: All those tracts and parcels of land situate, lying and being in the

State of Georgia, County of Muscogee and City of Columbus, in Land Lot 269,

19th District, Muscogee County, Georgia identified as "Massee Lane" on the Plat

titled "Phase One Old Town Part of Land Lot 40, 8th District and Land Lots 263,

269, 270 and 294, 19th Land District Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia

November 14, 2013" by Farner Barley and Associates, recorded in Plat
