Background
The City had to execute a resolution supporting and insuring the State , by a
Quit Claim Deed for 0.474 acres +/- owned by the State, The attached Resolution
# 61-13, signed February 26, 2013 was executed approving a Revocable License
Agreement allowing it to be presented to the State 2013 Legislation. They have
approved the action. This action allowed the City to meet the Right of Way
Certification date. Now, the City has to execute a Resolution to Quit Claiming
said property to the State of Georgia, as permanent record.
