Woodbriar Lane and Woodbriar Court located in Section One, Woodbriar has fifty

residential lots. The streets have been improved and meet the required

specifications for acceptance by the City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Woodbriar Lane and Woodbriar

Court located in Section One, Woodbriar. A description of the property is as

follows: All of those tracts of land situate, lying and being in Part of Land

Lots 68 & 93, 9th District, Muscogee County, Georgia, more particularly

described as; All of Woodbriar Lane and all of Woodbriar Court lying in Section

One, Woodbriar as shown on map or plat entitled "Section One Woodbriar, Lying

in Part of Land Lots 68 & 93, 9th District, Columbus, Muscogee County,

Georgia", prepared by Moon, Meeks, Mason & Vinson, Inc., dated January 6, 2006

and recorded in Plat Book 156, Folios 64-67, in the public records of Muscogee

County, Georgia.
Financial Considerations
No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty expires.

Legal Considerations
In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by written resolution of Council.
Recommendations/ Actions
Approve the Resolution accepting a deed to Woodbriar Lane and Woodbriar Court

located in Section One, Woodbriar.
