That portion of Townes Way located in Section Four, The Townes at Sonoma Pointe

has Fourteen (14) residential lots. The street has been improved and meets the

specifications for acceptance by the City.

Analysis

A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying that portion of Townes Way

located in Section Four, The Townes at Sonoma Pointe. A description of property

is as follows: That portion of Townes Way located in Section Four, The Townes

at Sonoma Pointe, as shown on that certain map or plat of survey entitled

"Section Four, The Townes at Sonoma Pointe, Part of Land Lot 31, 9th District,

Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia" as prepared by Hobbs Smith & Assoc., Inc.,

dated February 23, 2016, and recorded in Plat Book 165, Page 25, in the Office

of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, to which

reference is made for the exact location of said extension of Townes Way

conveyed hereby.

warranty.
