That portion of Crosswinds Drive located in Section Three, Crosswinds has

Twenty-three (23) residential lots. The street has been improved and meets the

required specifications for acceptance by the City.

Analysis

A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying That portion of Crosswinds Drive

located in Section Three, Crosswinds. A description of the property is as

follows: All those lots, tracts and parcels of land lying and being in Land

Lot 41 of the 18th District, Columbus, Georgia, and shown as extension of

Crosswinds Drive lying in Section Three of Crosswinds Subdivision, as said

roads and right-of-way is shown on the map or plat entitled "Section Three,

Crosswinds Lying in Land Lots 41, 18th District, Columbus, Muscogee County,

Georgia" prepared by Hobbs Smith & Assoc., Inc., dated May 23, 2006, said

recorded in Plat Book 157, pages 83-84, in the Office of the Clerk of the

Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.

Financial Considerations

No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty.

Legal Considerations

In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by Council.
