The street has been improved and has met the required specifications for
acceptance by the City.

A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Lake Brook Court located in
Brookstone Centre. A description of the property is as follows: All that lot,
tract or land situate, lying and being in Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia,
designated as "Lake Brook Court," as shown upon a map or plat entitled
"Right-of-way survey, Lake Brook Court, Part of Land Lots 64, & 77, 8th
District, Columbus Muscogee County, Georgia", prepared by Moon, Meeks, Mason &
Vinson, Inc., dated August 25, 2008, and recorded in Plat Book 161, Page 250,
in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee, County, Georgia.

A RESOLUTION
NO. _____
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO LAKE BROOK COURT LOCATED
IN BROOKSTONE CENTRE, ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA.
WHEREAS, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying Lake Brook Court
located in Brookstone Centre, a full description of property on said deed; and,
WHEREAS, said street has been improved and meets the required specifications
for acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said streets and recommends
acceptance of same.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That certain deed dated September 18, 2008, conveying to Columbus,
Georgia Lake Brook Court located in Brookstone Centre be and the same is hereby
accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded
in the Deed Records in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee
County, Georgia. A copy of the deed is hereto attached and by this reference
made a part of this resolution.
