Background
On November 28, 2006 Resolution #514-06 had a street name incorrectly listed.
Analysis
A deed to streets and plat was submitted to the City for acceptance with the
name of the street being Sandy View Drive. When the resolution was submitted
and accepted it listed the street name as Sandy Oak Drive.

There will be no financial impact to the City.

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AMENDMENT OF RESOLUTION #514-06 WHERE STREET SANDY
VIEW DRIVE WAS INCORRECTLY LISTED AS SANDY OAK DRIVE LOCATED IN THE SEVENTH
ADDITION TO ROOSEVELT HEIGHTS.
WHEREAS, deed to streets and plat list street as Sandy View Drive; and,
WHEREAS, Resolution #514-06 incorrectly listed Sandy View Drive as Sandy Oak
Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to amend Resolution # 514-06
to read Sandy View Drive as listed on Deed to Streets and Plat recorded on
September 26, 2006 in Plat Book 158 page 57.
