Background
Yvonne Court located in Habitat for Humanity Subdivision Number 10 has nine

residential lots. The street has been improved and meets the required

specifications for acceptance by the City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Yvonne Court located in Habitat

for Humanity Subdivision Number 10. A description of the property is as

follows: All those tracts or parcels of land situate, lying, and being in

Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, and comprising all of "Yvonne Court", as

said street is shown upon that certain map or plat entitled "Habitat for

Humanity, Subdivision Number 10, Lying in Land Lot 70, Coweta Reserve,

Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia" prepared by Moon, Meeks, Mason & Vinson,

Civil Engineers, dated November 29, 2005 and recorded in Plat Book 156, Folio

37 in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County,

Georgia.
Financial Considerations
No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty expires.

Legal Considerations
In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by written resolution by Council.
Recommendations/ Actions
Approve the Resolution accepting a deed to Yvonne Court located in Habitat for

Humanity Subdivision Number 10.
