Creek Subdivision has Five (5) residential lots. The street has been improved

and meets the required specifications for acceptance by the City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying That portion of Westlake Drive

located in Second Addition to Phase One, Garrett Creek Subdivision. A

description of property is as follows: That certain tract or parcel of land

designated as, and which is an extension of Westlake Court as said street is

shown on that certain map or plat of survey entitled "Second Addition to Phase

One, Garrett Creek Subdivision, Part of Land Lot 129, 9th District, Columbus,

Muscogee County, Georgia" as prepared by Hobbs Smith & Assoc., Inc., dated June

13, 2016, and recorded in Plat Book 165, Page 101, in the Office of the Clerk

of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.
