Background
Resolution 291-08, as approved by Council, authorized the City to receive funds

on behalf of the Greater Columbus Chamber of Commerce, from GDOT's

Transportation Enhancement program. The funding amounts for both the federal

and local amounts in that agreement have been found to be errononius and need

to be changed to reflect the correct amounts.
Analysis
The original amount for the Federal share of this grant showed $294,842.50,

which should have read $252,780.00; while the local match showed $73,710.65,

should have read $63,195.00. The total amount of the grant has not changed,

which is $315,975.00.
Financial Considerations
The local match for this grant is the responsibility of the Greater Columbus

Chamber of Commerce The match will be required to be expended on renovation

services, prior to the use of the grant amount.
Projected Annual Fiscal Impact Statement
Legal Considerations
The City Attorney has reviewed and approved this agreement.
Recommendations/ Actions
Approval is requested to enter into a supplemental contractual agreement with

the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) to correct the previous
