The Council Of Columbus, Georgia, Hereby Resolves:

Pursuant to Section 3-103(6) of the Charter of Columbus, Georgia, Councilor Jerry "Pops" Barnes is hereby excused from attendance of the Council meeting of 9/30/2008 for the following reasons:

OUT-OF-TOWN/CITY BUSINESS:

Introduced and read at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, held on the 30th day of September and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of  ________ members of said Council.
